I help medium-sized companies productively implement AI and automation — not as strategy papers, but as robust specifications and functional tools. Four areas of service: Data model and schema analysis, requirement specifications (incl. acceptance criteria and architecture sketch) for AI and automation projects, process automation in Python, and custom LLM tools.

My background: Over ten years of IT consulting, most recently as a Managing Consultant, with a focus on business analysis, requirements engineering, and data modeling. Academically grounded with a Master of Science in Solid State Physics from RWTH Aachen (University of Excellence), graduated with honors — analytical depth as standard. The combination of requirements thinking and implementation has been rare since the ChatGPT wave of 2023 — and the reason why AI projects often stall between strategy slides and developer handovers.

Working model: Fixed price instead of daily rate, with a clear scope, defined acceptance criteria, and a binding delivery date. Async-first; coordination calls preferred before 9:00 AM or after 5:00 PM — daytime appointments possible in individual cases. Response within 24 hours. On-site presence only upon explicit request in exceptional cases (e.g., final presentation). No productive software with operational or SLA obligations — I deliver PoCs, specifications, and implementations; regular operation is handled by your team or a service provider. No body leasing — I sell results, not hourly quotas.
