Worked as a software developer at the core of the travel business and implemented many features in the team.

Among other things, insurance systems were connected via their API (RESTful and SOAP), PCI-compliant payment services were implemented, booking engines were expanded, and data models were prepared that make tens of millions of records efficiently retrievable.

Expanded existing models and made them production-ready as a Data Scientist. Also developed new models for NLP tasks, image classification, etc.

In the young Data Science team at the location, ML features that previously ran via Excel spreadsheets and exports/imports were migrated to production-ready web services. Furthermore, text classifications were implemented, as well as time series analyses, anomaly detections, and image classifications.

Led the development team and implemented backend features. Complete relaunch of the platform as well as continuous further development.

A South Tyrolean job platform was migrated to a modern tech stack, i.e., completely redeveloped, with additional features also being added. Within the scope of the project, an interdisciplinary and international team was led and the relaunch was brought to success.
