At Havas, I conducted social listening and e-reputation management missions for various clients, notably during the launch of Riyadh Air and for brands such as Orange and KFC. These missions included analyzing online conversations, monitoring brand perceptions, detecting trends, and identifying reputational risks.

Subsequently, I transitioned to freelancing, where I recently contributed to an e-reputation-focused project related to the 2030 World Cup. This mission involved monitoring digital conversations and tracking the e-reputation of the involved football federations, identifying weak signals, trends, and reputational issues.

This last mission was carried out in Spanish, with the ability to conduct e-reputation analyses in multiple languages: French, English, Spanish, and Portuguese.

Internship in social listening and e-reputation, involving learning and using specialized tools such as Brandwatch, Talkwalker, Digimind, and Visibrain for online conversation analysis and brand perception monitoring.
