I have always been passionate about technology, although the path I took during my university years was directed towards pure science. During my PhD in Telecommunications, I decided to make a 180-degree turn and dive fully into the world of development and freelancing, always in a self-taught manner.
My experience is mainly focused on Web development, although I am also comfortable with React Native for cross-platform development for iOS and Android.
Regarding Web technologies, I have experience with Django, Django REST framework, FastAPI (Python), and Express (JavaScript) for building APIs. I have solid knowledge in web layout with HTML and CSS, having also worked with technologies like JQuery, Bootstrap, and Tailwind CSS, among others. In terms of front-end frameworks, I have extensive knowledge in React JS, Next JS, and Vue JS.
