Luise Wüstling

For over eight years, I have been working as a graphic designer and illustrator, and I greatly enjoy getting to know new projects and developing corresponding graphic concepts. After several years of employment as an Art Director in an advertising agency, I took the leap into self-employment in 2023.

In the winter semester of 2024/25, I worked as a lecturer at the HTK Academy, leading the course 'Book Design' in the third semester as a substitute. I greatly enjoyed sharing my knowledge and supporting the students in their development. In the course, I covered all the fundamentals relevant to book design: historical and practical background, approach to good concept development, and then step-by-step to the finished product.

After my Bachelor's degree at Muthesius University of Fine Arts and Arts and my subsequent Master's degree in Design at Mainz University of Applied Sciences, I started my professional career at an advertising agency in Offenbach. At 'U9 – visuelle Allianz', I worked as an Art Director for five years and had the opportunity to contribute to many different projects. I also enjoyed mentoring interns there.
