• Declining transactions: decrease in the percentage of rejected transactions by almost 3 points (user satisfaction, merchant satisfaction)

• Data Quality Monitoring: significant reduction in data desynchronization between databases (improvement of business processes)

• Business Review: development of a Client Insights report reducing the preparation time for these meetings for sales teams from several days to a few hours (customer loyalty, negotiation power)

• Maintenance of a report presenting numerous key indicators, shared with the entire Merchant department (1000+ monthly visits, 60+ users)

Industrialization of data solutions for several regions (EMEA, LATAM):

- Business Volume: development of a report to track client health indicators and business volume forecast (retention, budget estimation)

- Churn: churn prediction, allowing sales teams to call and offer more adapted solutions (retention, cocooning)

- Insights: analysis of client behaviors and comparison of business volume with direct competitors (customer loyalty, negotiation power) Work in a business-oriented environment: conduct business meetings to translate client needs into data solutions, agile management of a small team, business communication skills

- Exploration of image processing algorithms for monitoring the activity of industrial machines from a video stream, i.e., detecting the machine's operating status and counting operated cycles.
