As an Economist with experience in Project Management, I work closely with executives and clients to establish a strong connection with the organization's cross-functional teams and partners. This situation arises when it is necessary to design and implement solutions for strategic transformation programs or financial situations. Technical, commercial, and financial feasibility will be evaluated, as well as business opportunities, considering interaction with clients and partners from pre-sales to project delivery. My years as a professional Economist allow me to make these proposals, with projects for company creation, transformation of established businesses, as well as the evaluation of established companies for the improvement of their operations in the short, medium, and long term.
