Delivery Manager within the Neurones IT group, responsible for managing a competence center specializing in application performance: observability (APM), load testing, and DBA expertise, working with major clients. I support our clients in adopting a performance culture, ensuring the reliability of critical applications, and structuring APM best practices, particularly around Dynatrace and Datadog. My role covers operational management of missions (load testing, APM and performance expertise), coordination of expert teams, as well as client relations directly with technical and business departments. I also act as a strategic liaison between clients and Neurones IT, ensuring commitments are met, deliverables are of high quality, and sustainable value is created. Certified Dynatrace Associate and Datadog DPN, I am particularly interested in macro-observability issues, APM governance, and performance-oriented delivery in complex environments.

Dynatrace & application observability expert, I act as a technical referent and worldwide administrator on critical, very large-scale environments (EMEA, APAC, AMER, ME), in a demanding English-speaking context (BNP Paribas CIB).

I manage and operate the transformation of monitoring platforms, from the strategic Geneos → Dynatrace migration to the complete industrialization of uses, combining technical expertise, automation, and team support.

My key missions include:

Global administration of Dynatrace Managed and Geneos platforms, with responsibility for the availability, performance, and evolution of worldwide clusters

Management of the Geneos to Dynatrace migration project, including decommissioning of legacy components and ensuring service continuity

Massive and automated deployments of Dynatrace agents, application instrumentation, and version upgrades

Design and governance of the Dynatrace architecture: clusters, ActiveGates, network, Synthetics, and Real User Monitoring (RUM)

Advanced automation via scripts and Dynatrace APIs (Python) for instrumentation, extensions, dashboards, and recurring operations

L3 support and maintenance in operational conditions, including critical incident management, escalations, and on-call duty

Support, tutoring, and skill development for teams, through technical workshops, advanced troubleshooting, alerting, and observability best practices

A role interfacing with architecture, production, and transformation, with a clear objective: to ensure system reliability, reduce MTTR, and empower teams through controlled and industrialized observability.

I work on critical production environments, with a high demand for availability, reliability, and industrialization, rigorously applying ITIL processes and operational best practices.

My responsibilities cover the entire lifecycle of application platforms and their supervision:

Management and resolution of major incidents via ServiceNow, in coordination with technical and business teams, until full service restoration

Deployment and operation of Dynatrace on IaaS and PaaS environments, including setting up supervision metrics, dashboards, alerting, and thresholds

Application deployments, both manual (shell scripts, command lines, consoles) and automated via Ansible

Management of technological obsolescence, coordinating multi-OS, Oracle and SQL database version upgrades, while ensuring service continuity

Advanced troubleshooting of containerized applications, using tools like Sysdig and LogDNA

Analysis of incident recurrence and implementation of sustainable improvement plans to reduce incidents and MTTR

Creation of Splunk alerts via script, based on application log analysis

Maintenance and evolution of Helm charts for client applications hosted on PaaS platforms
