• - Set-up what was a 70 people start-up for its growth to a 140 FTE strong organization, ready for its third round of funding, by implementing a solid governance and performance management based on OKRs, leading company-wide strategic planning with the executive team and managing top priority company wide programs.

• - Defined and rolled out the 5 year company strategy (2020-2025); deepened the FinTech partnership with Wave Money and launched a partnership with international insurance company Prudential; designed and delivered sustainability and CSR programs, coached the leadership team and restructured the executive committee and board meetings in preparation for Investments from international investors IFC, GIC and Norfund.

• - Drove a company-wide digital transformation by setting up a Transformation Office, in charge of driving innovation and digitization of products and processes across the firm, succeeding in converting a traditional bank to a market leader for innovation; Managed business partnerships between Yoma Bank and Strategy Consultants (McKinsey & co), technology solution providers and other fintechs, micro-finance institutions and funds, for the delivery of long-term strategic initiatives.
