    As part of continuous improvement, I have created various simple but effective tools:

    IT ticket / maintenance / infraction opening.
    To save time and track tasks in these 3 areas, I created approval logic via Flow for ticket requests.
    Once approved, these were placed in Planners to help with task tracking and distribution and to automate exchanges (approval notifications, completion, etc.).

    Results: time savings, efficiency, prioritization, global view, etc.

    Leave request
    On the same principle as tickets, leave requests, which were then an endless exchange of emails, are now handled through an approval email system, with calendar automation and a fully automated logical workflow.

    Results: time savings, efficiency, global view for managers, production, and administration, etc.

    Defect tracking
    Some products or machines are more complex than others.
    I created an application using Power Apps to enter a specific defect, associated with a photo and a signature, which is automatically filed in a specific location.

    Results: time savings, efficiency, ease of understanding defects, etc.

    As part of a company merger, one of the parties wished to better track the actions of the people working for them.
    The method used was to write down times on loose sheets of paper.

    So I created an application that grouped all possible activities.
    Using start & end buttons, people had a single click to make at the beginning and end of their activities.

    This data is sent to an Excel file, allowing at the end of the day/week a simple copy-paste into the program used to process the data.

    The time saved is around 30 minutes/day/person and a much greater reliability.

    The Plastiques Moore factory produces plastic parts.

    The defect tracking system was very archaic (using physical tables), causing 1.5 hours of time loss per day, not to mention the risks of errors and very approximate tracking. I initiated and developed an application to solve this problem.

    Using Power Apps, I created an application (all presses and all products in the same application).
    This application allowed:
    - Sending the number of parts produced per hour
    - Selecting the defect(s) by choice
    - Notifying of a machine stoppage (sending an email)
    This data was processed in the form of a visual summary table to get an idea of the production status at a glance).

    The use of Power Automate / Flow was also necessary.

    Ultimately, this resulted in time and reliability gains.
