For over 10 years, I have worked at the heart of a demanding sector: electronic security and remote monitoring. As head of recruitment in a specialized company, I was confronted with a reality: finding the right technical profiles – competent, reliable, operational – is often a challenge.
I have seen hundreds of CVs, conducted interviews, supported teams, trained talent, and above all, I have understood the deep needs of both companies and candidates. I learned that recruiting in low-voltage systems is not recruiting “like elsewhere.” It means understanding the specificities of the trades, the certifications, the rigor of the field, and the operational constraints.
