Coordination of a team of 6 recruiters (interviews/follow-ups and team work reports). Involved in the complete recruitment cycle for various engineering positions in the energy, mobility, and rail sectors. Implementation and planning of recruitment actions/workshops. Acting as a liaison between client department needs and recruitment/planning strategy. Participation in university and job fairs as a key contact to prepare for the integration of our new consultants in September. Definition and management of salary offer negotiations.
