With 17 years of experience in finance, risk management, controlling, and complex project management, I support financial departments, insurers, and banks in their strategic and regulatory projects.

My background has led me to collaborate with major groups such as Natixis, SCOR, CACIB, Allianz, La Banque Postale, and AXA, where I managed large-scale international programs, sometimes exceeding 70 FTEs and budgets of 17 million euros.

My expertise covers a broad spectrum: strategic PMO, process transformation, regulatory compliance (IFRS 17, Basel IV, Solvency II, BCBS239), budget optimization, financial and operational risk management, and governance overhaul.

I also work on data quality and regulatory monitoring issues, as well as reorganization and support function optimization projects.
