Taking into account major current transformations: supporting the evolution of work organization, transforming uses, restoring attractiveness, and managing environmental impacts related to real estate.

Ability to manage a transformation project throughout its duration (6 months / 4 years) and ensure adherence to initial strategic objectives.

Implementation and management of the project PMO and mobilization of necessary external expertise (while ensuring conflict of interest).

Business development and management of workspace transformation projects (Diot-Siaci, Rémy Cointreau, Amundi, Webhelp, Groupe 3F, MAIF, Total Energies, ANS, Banque Populaire du Nord, etc.), …

Development and launch of a new offering dedicated to supporting real estate projects in a 360° approach: real estate strategy, design & build, and change management support (COMEX, IRP, management, ...).

Implementation of an innovative "change" offering that combines consulting and design professions.

Partner and member of the COMEX and management of a team of 15 P&T consultants (managed revenue > 3M€/year).
