Audit and study of SAP BW and BI-IP migration to Azure. The client wishes to decommission SAP BW and is looking for alternatives.

Ticket analysis and processing: Management of corrective and evolutionary requests related to financial, logistics, and budgetary processes (accounting closing, current and specific operations, automatic account determination, third-party management, accounting references, contracts, purchase orders, delivery notes, invoicing, budget data, budget entry, budget and analytical allocations, AVC budget control, etc.).

Needs gathering and analysis: Understanding user needs expressed via tickets, identifying necessary evolutions or corrections.

Evaluation and planning: Developing workload estimates and defining implementation schedules.

Documentation, training, and support: Writing and updating functional specifications, technical specifications, and acceptance test plans. Assisting users in validating solutions.

Configuration and transport: Configuring solutions in SAP and managing transports for their production deployment.

Technical environment: SAP S/4HANA, FI, CO, MM, FM, authorizations.

In the context of the S/4HANA 2020 to 2022 upgrade, analysis of the existing system and processing of corrective and evolutionary tickets on SAP BW/BPC and FIORI. Analysis of user needs in terms of evolution and correction submitted via tickets. Definition of cost estimation and implementation schedule. Writing and modification of functional specifications, technical specifications, and acceptance test plans. Configuration, development, transport.

Technical environment: SAP S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, BPC Embedded, FIORI, authorizations.
