National Technical Director responsible for the consistency and performance of Electrical and HVAC installations. My role is to ensure operational excellence and technical risk management on a national scale.

Key missions:

Technical Strategy: Definition of preventive/corrective maintenance policies and development of multi-year investment plans (PPI).

Energy Efficiency: Audit and deployment of optimization solutions (BMS, regulation) to meet decarbonization challenges.

Expert Support: Referent for complex cases (responses to tenders, major claims, regulatory compliance).

Performance Management: Monitoring technical and financial KPIs, and coordinating the network of regional technical managers.

Major deliverables: Standardization of specifications (CCTP), energy master plans, and national performance reporting.

Within Eiffage Énergie Systèmes, I was responsible for overall projects in Electricity and HVAC, from the design phase to final acceptance. My role was to ensure the technical and financial performance of operations.

Main missions:

Operational Management: Coordination of execution studies, supply chain management, and rigorous monitoring of work progress.

Contractual & Financial Management: Budget monitoring, progress payment preparation, and management of additional works (amendments).

Team Management: Supervision of site teams (site managers, installers) and subcontractor management.

Client Relations: Primary contact for clients (MOA) and project owners (MOE) during site meetings.

Results: Strict adherence to delivery deadlines and optimization of operating margins through efficient resource management.

At the SPIE Péronnas branch, I managed electrical and HVAC installation projects, acting as the interface between client needs and site execution. My focus was on the profitability of deals and the high technical quality of deliverables.

Main missions:

Technical Design: Analysis of specifications and supervision of electrical (HT/BT) and HVAC (heating, ventilation, air conditioning) dimensioning studies.

Site Management: Resource planning, intervention monitoring, and quality control of execution in accordance with current standards.

Client Relations & Sales: Analysis of client needs, quote preparation, procurement negotiation, and final satisfaction follow-up.

Safety & Environment: Strict application of QHSE procedures and coordination with inspection bodies (Apave, Bureau Veritas).

Deliverables: As-Built documentation (DOE), financial business reviews, and installation master plans.
