Description

IT Project Manager for over 13 years, I started this profession in Canada with the deployment of an ERP within a subsidiary of a group specializing in equipment for childcare professionals. During this mission, I was able to practice all aspects of the profession, management, planning, existing study, data compliance, configuration, test campaign, training, change management and evolutionary maintenance.

Upon my return to France, I worked in an IT services company for 6 years in various IT Finance Project Manager missions across several sectors of activity (French Red Cross, Gras Savoye, Lagardère, DS Smith Packaging, Société Générale, Crédit Mutuel CIC Titres).

I then created and managed the PMO unit at an ERP software vendor dedicated to the construction sector. The objective was to optimize deployments in order to improve project, commercial and budgetary commitments.

I resumed the path of Consulting from 2018 in order to continue exploring new sectors of activity.

This has allowed me, for the moment, to discover the e-commerce and Retail sectors through large-scale international projects.
