Streaming Radar is my independent company. It addresses three types of requests.

Market intelligence. I edit a research platform covering five global streaming verticals: the drama vertical (micro-drama, ReelShort, DramaBox, and the arrival of US studios), African streaming (markets, operators, ASRI), piracy, the creator economy, and sports. In-depth reports (200 to 500 pages), sourced datapoints, custom briefs for executive committees and boards of directors. A weekly newsletter is read by platforms, broadcasters, telecom operators, and investors in the sector.

Tech and product consulting. Technical due diligence for investment funds and M&A operations in streaming and OTT. Fractional CTO or product advisor roles: video architecture, encoding and packaging, CDN selection, stack and vendor selection, AI integration in media workflows, recruitment and structuring of tech teams, org design.

Proprietary tooling. I have developed an MCP server with over 100 tools connected to my databases, reports, and monitoring pipelines. It serves both my own research and client missions, and fuels an approach to media analysis augmented by AI, without ever sacrificing source quality.

Why it works: I've been on both sides of the table. I've built platforms (M6 Replay from scratch, Afrostream, Majelan, Kessel, TRACE+), raised funds, recruited dozens of engineers, and spent the last ten years observing what other market players are doing. When a client calls me for due diligence or strategic advice, they're talking to someone who's done it before, not just someone who's read about it.

Freelance CTO for Kessel, a French premium newsletter platform for creators, media, and public figures (Hugo Décrypte, Quotidien, Bon Pote, Raphaël Glucksmann, Camille Étienne, Time To Sign Off, etc.).

Mission: Lay the technical and human foundations of the platform during its launch phase.
