For this legendary Parisian theater, I designed a hybrid platform that goes far beyond a simple showcase website. It's a true business tool (ERP) integrated with WordPress.

**The Challenge**: Centralize the complex programming of 4 actors per day, performance schedules, and multi-channel booking flows.

**The Technical Solution (My Intervention)**:
**PHP Back-end Development**: creation of a proprietary plugin for automated management of show listings and schedules.
**Data Architecture**: advanced use of ACF (Advanced Custom Fields) and Custom Post Types for a robust and scalable structure.
**API Integration**: real-time synchronization with external resellers and internal booking system for companies.
**Mobile-First UX**: clean design with Divi, optimized for spectator conversion on smartphones.
**The Result**: a fully autonomous team in managing its programming and a smooth booking system capable of handling traffic peaks.

For Xpertzon, I transformed a standard WordPress site into a complex matching platform for senior experts, a true ecosystem inspired by the best job boards.

**The Challenge**: create a dual profile system (Experts/Recruiters) with specific access rights, multi-criteria search, and a service sales funnel.

**The Technical Solution**:
**Advanced Search Engines**: development of PHP/MySQL filtering functions to scan expert and coach databases in real-time.
**Custom Member Area**: design of an intuitive dashboard allowing experts to manage their profiles, and administrators to oversee activity.
**WooCommerce Hybridization**: repurposing the WooCommerce engine for selling coaching services (career assessments).
**Producer Back-office**: creation of order tracking and reporting tools for the administrator, automating repetitive tasks.
