Ludmila Aylen Jarzynski

I work as a Zootechnical Engineer carrying out rural extension activities, technical assistance, and support for agricultural producers. I participate in projects related to animal welfare, productive management, and applied research, collaborating in field surveys, training, and technical report preparation.

Additionally, I have experience in teaching and interdisciplinary work, developing communication, organization, and knowledge transfer skills oriented towards the agricultural sector.

I worked as a telephone operator providing service and advice to clients of Banco Formosa and the virtual wallet Onda. Among my main tasks were resolving inquiries, managing complaints, user support, case follow-up, and providing information about financial products and services.

During my experience, I developed communication, problem-solving, teamwork, and customer service skills, always working towards achieving objectives and providing efficient and quality service.
