I support companies, local authorities, and training organizations in analyzing their communication strategies to identify areas for improvement and formulate recommendations tailored to their objectives.

With over 15 years of experience in consulting and research, I work with existing materials: communication campaigns, action reviews, survey results, reports, information materials, or previously collected data.

My role is to provide an external, structured, and operational perspective to highlight elements that may influence the effectiveness of a strategy and to support decision-making.

My background in clinical psychology is an additional resource in this approach. It allows me to be attentive to human factors that can shed light on observed reactions: audience perceptions, needs, resistance to change, understanding of messages, or stakeholder engagement.

My approach:
