Luc-Yvon Kouassi

Within the Project Management Office directly reporting to the Group Legal Director, the mission is to bring the Legal Department's Transformation Project to completion by actively participating in the Program's steering and contributing to any new initiative in this area, including notably the launch of new Platforms. More generally, provide methodological and organizational support for this purpose. As well as drafting strategic documents, presentations, and contracts necessary for the implementation and compliance of the transformation program.

• KYC analysis of client files for solvency risk prevention

• Contribution to risk monitoring related to KYC file processing

• Management of requests from the Compliance department

• Monitoring of collateral files for foreign subsidiaries

• Drafting and analysis of contracts in French and English

• Legal and regulatory watch (EU: PSD2, ADRD, MCD, PAD, NIS, GDPR, AMLD4)

• Drafting of procedures and operating methods
