• Develop and implement a comprehensive SEA communication strategy: online advertising campaigns, paid partnerships, and other promotional initiatives, for the pilot site as well as for the network's franchisees.

• Allocate and manage the communication budget, ensuring optimal use of resources to maximize results.

• Analyze SEA campaign performance, adjusting strategies based on data.

• Ensure coordination between SEA and SEO-SMO communication actions.

• Represent Quality Piscine in relations with external partners.

• Provide consulting to management on the evolution of brand identity and positioning, both internally and externally.

• Ensure communication aligns with the company's values and vision.

Content Creation

• Design photo and video campaigns, direct photo and video shoots, and oversee the production of high-quality visual content.

• Supervise the creation of impactful visuals and advertising content, ensuring they reflect the Quality Piscine brand image.

Events

• Participate in the planning and organization of external events, trade shows, and promotional activities to increase Quality Piscine's visibility.

• Participate in the planning and organization of internal events (conventions, seminars, business trips).

Management of Communication Teams

• Lead and coach teams.

• Approve recruitment choices and foster skill development within the teams.
