As Tech Lead within a team of 3 developers, I lead the design and evolution of a web application based on Ruby on Rails.

I am responsible for architectural choices and ensure the maintenance of a scalable, maintainable, and performant codebase. I am directly involved in the development of key features, while ensuring overall quality through code review and continuous improvement practices.

I support the team daily on technical issues, structure development best practices, and contribute to collective skill development.

In close collaboration with product teams, I translate functional needs into pragmatic technical solutions, maintaining a strong focus on speed of execution and quality.

Developer within a team of 4, I participate in the design, development, and evolution of a web application based on Ruby on Rails.

I am involved in implementing new features, improving performance, and maintaining existing code, with a particular focus on quality, readability, and scalability.

I collaborate closely with other developers and product teams to transform functional needs into effective and pragmatic technical solutions.

Involved in development best practices (code review, testing, refactoring), I contribute to the continuous improvement of the product and our way of working.

As part of my apprenticeship, alongside training in React development, I participate in the development and evolution of a web application based on Ruby on Rails within a team of 3 developers.

I am involved in implementing features, fixing bugs, and continuously improving the product, while progressively gaining skills in development best practices (testing, code review, code structuring).

This experience allows me to consolidate my full-stack development foundations, combining a practical backend approach (Rails) with skill development in modern frontend technologies, particularly React.

I collaborate closely with the team to understand product challenges and propose suitable technical solutions, while developing my autonomy and rigor.
