Luc Martens

I mainly did the restaurant's dishwashing for the month but depending on the clientele and the presence of my colleagues, I also did desserts, service, and occasionally cleaning.

During this school year, I provided academic support, private lessons (particularly in mathematics), and childcare.

For a week, I observed various roles related to site management, such as site managers, draftsmen, and even a secretary. This enriching experience also allowed me to have a long conversation with a self-entrepreneur.
