Director of Training at Business Avengers, I oversee the design, development, and deployment of the organization's entire training offer. In this capacity, I am responsible for the pedagogical engineering of the programs, the creation of curricula, monitoring regulatory and quality compliance (Qualiopi, certifications, accreditations), and the continuous improvement of training systems.

I assist companies, project leaders, and institutional partners in identifying their skills needs to propose training solutions adapted to market challenges. I also coordinate pedagogical teams, trainers, and partners to ensure a quality learning experience and the achievement of set objectives.

My role also includes the strategic development of new training offers, fundraising (CPF, OPCO, public schemes), management of certification projects, and the implementation of tools and processes to optimize the performance of the training department.

Thanks to dual expertise in business management and training engineering, I strive to make Business Avengers a recognized player in skills development, entrepreneurial support, and pedagogical innovation in Reunion Island, Mayotte, and more broadly in the Indian Ocean.

I work on all strategic functions of the company: management, finance, accounting, performance management, business development, fundraising, project engineering, professional training, and decision-making support.

I also assist my clients in preparing funding applications, grant requests, company creation, business plan development, and the structuring of their strategic projects.
