Inventory of traditional earth and plant fiber construction practices, with the aim of applying them to the renovation and improvement of public and private structures in the city of Saint-Louis. This initiative seeks to promote an alternative construction approach, focused on economy, sustainability, and efficient implementation and maintenance that can be carried out by the inhabitants themselves. It relies on meetings with different ethnic groups in the North of Senegal, from Gandiol to Matam, with the objective of collecting, categorizing, and valuing the know-how derived from the cultures that occupy this region of Senegal.
