Within Sanofi's digital accelerator, I contribute to the design of an innovative AI-powered office tool for automating and optimizing the generation of documents and reports.

My role includes:

• Designing intuitive user experiences for complex AI-based features (content generation, automatic structuring, intelligent recommendations)
• Translating business needs into concrete solutions, in close collaboration with product, data, and engineering teams
• Defining and evolving user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes (Figma)
Simplifying the use of advanced office tools to improve internal team productivity
• Participating in product strategy by integrating innovation, AI, and digital transformation challenges
• Continuously testing, iterating, and improving the user experience through user feedback and usage analysis

As part of my mission at Optisantis, I was responsible for redesigning the member portal for two flagship health applications: Mercer Ma Santé and C Ma Santé. The main objective of this mission was to improve the user experience (UX) for members and simplify access to their health information while strengthening visual consistency and navigation fluidity.
• - Improving User Experience (UX): Rethinking the portal's ergonomics to be accessible on both desktop and mobile, considering the specific needs of users (members and insured individuals). Creation of simplified user journeys, with a fluid and fast navigation logic, especially for common operations like checking reimbursements or uploading documents. Implementation of features for quick and efficient consultation of health documents and reimbursements.
