Il Makiage is a New York-based cosmetics brand with over 1 MILLION FOLLOWERS on INSTAGRAM. I manage the translation and editing of audiovisual content for the French audience, as well as the translation of written content (emails, website).

I work daily with several teams on various projects for three different countries (France, Japan, Italy).

Audiovisual translation and video editing:

- Logging of videos from French and Japanese influencers (source languages English, Japanese, French)

- Editing and creation of INSTAGRAM, TIKTOK, and FACEBOOK ads for the French audience in direct collaboration with the international projects manager and editors from the New York offices

- Adaptation and audiovisual translation of American ads for the French audience (metropolitan France)

- Editing of ads for Japan and Italy in collaboration with translators

- Retouching and makeup correction for influencers

Translation and localization:

- Translation of new social media campaigns for the French audience

- Audiovisual translation of ads from English for a metropolitan France audience

- New translation of the website (correction of the previous translation), implementation of all translations for a new website subscription feature

- Complete overhaul of all email translations for French-speaking customers (+ 40,000 words) on Zendesk

- Work on both Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects

Volunteer translation, subtitling, and transcription for TEDx videos worldwide.

As part of our collaboration, Virginie Hilssone-Lévy (weather presenter for France 2, France 3, and BFMTV) and I produce content related to meteorology and the environment, on both Tiktok and Youtube, for media outlets such as Futura, Science et Vie...
