- Implementing the SEIRICH tool to assess and prevent chemical risks within the company, - Managing internal anomalies and customer complaints, - Working in collaboration with the quality controller and participating in in-process controls, - Managing internal/external derogations with management approval, - Managing supplier complaints, - Monthly analysis of quality indicators, - Monitoring outsourced work: final sample control, follow-up on best practices, reception control, - Preparing and managing the follow-up of "triptyques/témoins" (product samples/references), - Raising staff awareness about quality and good manufacturing practices.
