Acquisitions, restructurings, reorganizations: support for clients in the preparation and implementation of global projects (divestitures / acquisitions / restructurings / collective redundancies). In this context, carrying out audits and analyses on the conditions for transferring employees and the associated impacts, particularly regarding the analysis and challenge of the collective status, the management of information-consultation procedures and associated negotiations.

Advisory and litigation files concerning individual relationships (termination of contracts, unsuitability, work accidents/occupational diseases, warnings and right of withdrawal) and collective relationships (establishment and monitoring of employee representative bodies, implementation of one-off and recurring consultations, associated expert assessments and challenges, drafting and assistance in negotiating collective agreements, including in employee savings schemes).

Management of social law issues for French and international clients.

Individual relations: drafting of employment contracts, various issues relating to the daily management of employees, disciplinary proceedings, implementation of contract terminations, negotiated departures, harassment investigations.

Collective relations: collective redundancies, professional elections, various issues relating to the management of employee representative bodies (establishment of the BDES, preparation and monitoring of mandatory consultations), monitoring of expert assessments, termination of contracts for protected employees (disciplinary, economic, unsuitability, negotiated termination).

Litigation: drafting of applications, pleadings and/or oral arguments.
