Role of Business Partner aimed at facilitating the transformation of practices, particularly by evolving tools and methods to better meet the needs of marketing and sales teams. This role revolves around 4 key areas:

• - Operational: handling daily requests from sales teams to meet customer needs

• - Transformation: Supporting teams in transforming practices, developing and enhancing tools and processes that facilitate the work of sales and marketing teams.

• - Management of cross-functional projects within the Commerce, Marketing, and Development department

• - Managerial: leading a multidisciplinary team composed of geomarketers and project managers

Management of innovation projects. Leading several project teams around digital projects (new digital tools, data, technological innovation...). Digital literacy building. Training. Project monitoring. Launch of new digital products. Benchmarking and managing relationships with various software and data providers. Development of new sales channels
