Deployment of the group's HR policy to 150 managers

Recruitment of all managerial positions (Sales Directors, Agency Managers, etc.)

Support for managers on daily HR issues: social law, conflicts, team management

Management of an HR team of 5 people (recruitment, legal, training, personnel management)

Supervision of recruitment, selection, integration, and retention processes

Management of cross-functional HR projects: GDPR compliance, practice structuring, reporting

Legal monitoring and support for regulatory changes
