Hello and welcome! 👋

My name is Lucy. I currently work as a remote customer service tele-advisor for the back office. I manage French-speaking customer support (email, chat, phone), backlog monitoring, and the processing of technical and administrative support tickets in an international, fully remote environment.

My background is diverse: I have also been a sales advisor, a versatile saleswoman at Primark, a jewelry and clothing designer, a warehouse worker and an automotive parts stock manager, as well as a cook and a barmaid. This varied experience has allowed me to develop solid skills in organization, administrative management, customer relations, and logistics.

In parallel, I opened my Etsy shop, where I offer fun and educational PDFs about endometriosis, to explain this often misunderstood condition in a clear and accessible way. This project was born from my personal experience and my desire to provide practical and reassuring information.

I remain open to any professional opportunities, particularly in back office, administrative management, or any collaborative project.
