Ensure the proper execution of works and the opening of the Eaux Vives (relocation), Winterthur City, and Vevey stores. Supervise the project manager before and during the works, including the selection of certain service providers and the establishment of the detailed schedule. Assist stores with maintenance or renovation works. Prepare specifications to harmonize the construction standards of our stores in Switzerland. Maintenance: Conduct a call for tenders for the implementation of a maintenance tracking software (CMMS) and establish the contract. Oversee the deployment of the tool, including the integration of all our stores (39 sites as of 10.30.24). Assist our service providers in mastering the CMMS tool. Administer maintenance contracts for about ten key service providers. Support stores in daily maintenance management, train them, and empower them. Ensure a safe and functional working environment for our customers and employees. Prepare prevention plans for our maintenance service providers.

Measure and report on project progress and revenue using dashboards. Process new orders, send invoices to clients, and support them with billing questions in German and English. Assist the finance team, based in India, during the 2024 VAT change. Design and improve over 30 operational processes.

Handle customer inquiries related to e-commerce orders (calls, emails, WhatsApp) in French, German, and English. Manage e-commerce returns and their refunds. Moderate customer reviews on the website. Collaborate with delivery partners and various company departments (logistics, communication, e-commerce). Implement a statistical tool to analyze reasons for contact.
