Independent vocational training consultant, I support training organizations, freelancers, and companies in structuring, organizing, and securing their training activities.

I intervene in particular on:

• Compliance with the National Quality Standard (Qualiopi)

• Structuring and optimizing processes related to training activities

• Support for training financing schemes (OPCO)

• Facilitating operational training sessions, both in-person and remote

I also carry out missions for audit firms on topics related to compliance and the organization of training activities.

My approach is pragmatic, structured, and field-oriented.

Development of the pedagogical project:

•Gather and identify needs (analysis).

•Define the structure's policy and strategic directions in line with the institution's general policy and regulatory developments.

•Carry out pedagogical engineering and training design.

Training Management:

•Pilot the pedagogical project for training: planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation.

•Facilitate training sessions.

•Ensure pedagogical monitoring (ratios…).

Management and coordination of the training organization's activity:

•Prepare budgets, establish financial statements (BPF), and ensure budget monitoring.

•Ensure administrative management (data entry for training, trainees, invoicing).

•Manage material and logistical resources.

•Ensure compliance with current regulatory provisions applicable to training activities (operating permits, administrative approvals…).

•Guarantee compliance with the legal framework related to Qualiopi certification.

•Control and monitor the quality of training services.

•Prepare activity reports, report to management.

Communication and development of the training organization:

•Define a communication plan and implement it to build the training organization's reputation and visibility.

•Ensure internal communication for the training organization.

•Initiate new pedagogical offerings and deploy them.

Monitoring:

•Ensure regulatory monitoring in the training sector.

•Ensure technological monitoring (pedagogical methods, facilitation tools…).

•Ensure competitive monitoring.

Training Facilitator:

- Facilitating training sessions (relational, HACCP, managerial, internal software…)

- Designing and updating training modules facilitated

Project Manager: Develop, harmonize, and professionalize the network of internal trainers (60)

- Creation and launch of an internal recruitment campaign

- Creation and implementation of recruitment and support procedures

- Harmonization and cohesion of the network

- Skill development actions for trainers
