Advised leadership on shifting from V-cycle to user-centric development to increase product penetration and impact. Guided the strategy for BDTopo, France's geospatial platform, with a focus on product alignment and cross-functional execution.

Co-founded a social app for bookmarking favorite places and sharing location-based recommendations. Led product vision and early go-to-market strategy. Secured $200K in Google Cloud for Startups Scale Tier credits and was recognized as an innovative economic project by the Paris Region. Incubated by Willa, a leading Parisian startup accelerator in the French Tech ecosystem.
