My name is Lucía, I have almost 6 years of experience writing, I like to read and write and I am the author of the book 100 ways to feel.

I like to write from empathy and with an open mind, each person is different, but we are all valid.

I believe that what is important is not to write, but to transmit.

The biggest motivation for me to write is that if there is any way to help people by writing and sending them different messages that can make them feel good and help them manage or improve life's difficulties, it will always be worth it.
