Lucía Díaz Madurga

I am a journalist specializing in gastronomy and travel, and I work with special dedication to promote destinations through food in the main Spanish media.

For almost seven years, I have been directing the gastronomy section of Viajes National Geographic Spain and for one year, also that of VIAJAR magazine. I am the editor-in-chief of NORMAL magazine (VIPS Group), a professor of the subject Gastronomic and Cultural Exploration at The School of Travel Journalism, and I have launched LULO, an agency to generate gastronomic opportunities on both sides of the Atlantic Ocean and to make Latin American gastronomy visible in Spain. Additionally, I collaborate recurrently with the international newspapers El País, ABC, and Vozpópuli.
