- 2020: Redesign of the IP addressing plan for the Headquarters (with VLANs). Implementation of network redundancy for 3 branches (FW, IPSec, SD-WAN)

- 2020: Data/voice tender (internet, MPLS, voip / trunksip). Specifications, scoring. Technical integration of the new operator

- 2019: Deployment/integration of TEAMS (in CITRIX infrastructure and on workstations)

- 2018: Deployment of a new printer fleet (technical management of the tender, SI integration, functional configuration)

- 2017: Automation, via powershell scripts, of tasks related to user account management

- 2015: Relocation and creation of remote sites => impact analysis (network, system, fleet), integration, coordination of service providers

- 2014: Implementation of an OCR system (Optical Character Recognition) => 8000 SLS surveys edited, sent, and digitized
