Daily Bitcoin price prediction – (Scraping, API, Azure SQL, Blob Storage, Azure Function, Python, Power BI)

Context: implementation of an automated pipeline to daily track and predict Bitcoin price evolution based on market data and financial news.

Actions: automatic data retrieval (scraping + API), structured storage on Azure SQL and Blob Storage, prediction calculation via Python, and automatic publication of results in a Power BI dashboard.

Result: daily availability on Power BI of an updated Bitcoin price prediction, facilitating decision-making and market trend monitoring.

Conversational chatbot for customer support – (Python, ChatGPT, Streamlit, SQLite)

Context: development of an interactive chatbot to answer customer questions online, in order to improve customer support responsiveness and efficiency.

Actions: design of the user interface with Streamlit, integration of the ChatGPT API for response generation, storage of conversations and tracking of interactions in SQLite, and optimization of the flow for a smooth user experience.

Result: operational chatbot capable of automatically answering frequently asked customer questions, reducing the burden on support and allowing for interaction tracking for future analysis.
