So, perhaps you're wondering who I am?

Before embarking on my independent venture, I was an HR consultant within a human resources development center - HR Department of the Ministry of Ecological and Solidarity Transition. I supported over 450 agents in building and monitoring their professional projects and several departments in their recruitment or talent management strategies. I also have to my credit the design, facilitation, and pedagogical follow-up of about forty training courses and/or conferences on recruitment, career, and professional development topics. I have always cultivated professional curiosity, whether through the missions, contexts, and challenges encountered.

In any case, my credo: creativity, innovation, and exchange!

I enjoy creating spaces for reflection and action, whether during workshops, training sessions, or conferences. You will also see, if you follow me here, that I create a lot of HR content with the aim of simplifying concepts and approaches.
