Following ten years of development, focused on Microsoft technologies, as a developer, lead developer, and IS/IS architect. I had the opportunity to move to the functional side as a Product Owner. This allowed me to manage the development of an application, leveraging my technical skills to communicate closely with the development team.

As a Product Owner, I am responsible for understanding user/business needs, writing them into User Stories, creating and tracking short and medium-term roadmaps, ensuring the quality of deliverables, and organizing production deployments.

I also had the role of team manager, given that it is composed 100% of freelancers, so the client offered me to delegate this responsibility.

Currently, as a Product Owner Delivery, I am responsible for managing and optimizing delivery processes within MyLight Systems.
