End-to-end project for a client in the medico-social sector: design, development, and deployment of two complementary SaaS products. Business software for ESMS (Social and Medico-Social Establishments): user tracking (profile, life history, siblings), incident management (severity workflow, templates), configurable testing engine (psychotechnical, autonomy) with administration and scoring, cross-functional modules (transmissions, on-call duty, agenda, documents).

Led the digital transformation of the company's internal processes, replacing Excel/Google Sheets-based workflows with a centralized business platform covering all operations (orders, leads, call center, personnel, and marketing tracking).

• Design and development of a business application centralizing order, lead, and call center operations management.

• Implementation of a lead capture and automated processing system via third-party integrations (Zapier) and automation of incoming flows via SQL triggers.

• Development of order processing workflows and export to logistics/delivery systems via webhooks & Excel export.

• Platform used by a call center of approximately 30 agents, handling up to 2,000 orders per day.

• Design of HR and multimedia modules for team management and evaluation of creative content used in advertising campaigns.

• Participation in the design and development of the SaaS platforms COD Investor and GoGetLead.

• COD Investor supported over 1000 users during its operation.

• Technical supervision of 2 junior developers and 1 senior developer, implementing development standards and technical reviews.
