As Operations Manager at Schoolab, I focus on three key areas to enable teams to concentrate on high-value tasks and management to make data-driven decisions.

1. Digital Process Transformation

- Operational Digitalization: 100% digitalization of B2B missions (Make & API scenario creation) and standardization of B2C processes (via internal tools and Airtable).

- Billing Management: Optimization of B2B and B2C billing to improve our working capital requirement.

- SalesOps: Management of the Pipedrive CRM to support sales teams and assist with team variable calculations.

- International Deployment: Deployment of Schoolab France's commercial processes to our teams in Asia and the United States, ensuring precise monitoring via Pipedrive and Looker Studio.

- Expert Community: Supervision of the recruitment and billing of our experts/freelancers.

- Audits: Monthly and quarterly audits based on KPIs defined with management.

2. IT Resource Management

- Definition of the tool stack: Establishment of usage rules, documentation, access management, and automations.

- IT equipment optimization: Improvement of IT equipment acquisition and management.

- No Code and Automation Training: Training teams on automation and no-code.

3. Democratization of AI

- Initiative Coordination: Centralization and supervision of internal artificial intelligence uses.

- Communication Strategy: Development and implementation of an internal and external communication strategy on AI.

- Training: Training teams on AI theory and use cases.

- Learning Expeditions: Organization of Learning Expeditions on artificial intelligence.

At Sport Heroes, I am responsible for:

1. Coordination of Objectives & Key Results (OKR).

> Discussion with CODIR members to gather needs and define semi-annual OKRs.

> Support for each BU champion in defining their team OKRs and KRs.

> Facilitation of monthly meetings with CODIR members to present progress.

> Organization of quarterly/semi-annual sessions to communicate the status of these objectives to the entire company.

2. Recruitment.

> Recruitment of +40 top profiles since July 2021 (Sales, Product Managers, Developers, DevOps, ISO, etc.).

> Writing, validation, and posting of job descriptions on our platforms.

> Screening of applications and full management of the recruitment process.

3. Various strategic projects.

> Facilitation of the HR Forum, a monthly meeting with all Sport Heroes management (+20 managers in attendance).

> Creation and deployment of the Career Path at Sport Heroes.

> B-Corp certification.

3. All operational tasks related to the Human Resources department.

> Full management of an employee's life cycle.

> Onboarding & Offboarding.

> Other projects (Facilitation of CSE meetings, process reporting, drafting of internal regulations).
