Amaria is a New York-based startup that raised $3.5 million in pre-seed funding in late 2021, with investment from Global Founders Capital - the Samwer brothers (Zalando, Jumia, Lazada, etc.) and Kima Ventures - by Xavier Niel.

I was in charge of finance and strategy:

- In-depth analysis of the HRTech and EdTech markets (competitive intelligence, identification of players and trends, massive data collection)

- Business plan modeling and cash flow forecasting for the next 48 months (building a Marketplace operational model from scratch)

- Creation of all presentations for meetings with investors and partners

As an analyst in the Paris M&A team, I advised Eurazeo and Infravia on the sale of Reden Solar - a solar panel producer - for 2.5 billion euros. My responsibilities included preparing marketing materials presenting the company to potential buyers (teaser, info memo), coordinating the sales process during the various deal phases and among the different advisors (strategic, technical, financial), and financial modeling of the business plan for the next 5 years.

I also participated in preparing pitches for fundraising, acquisitions, and IPOs of French unicorns and major CAC 40 groups.

KPMG is one of the four largest global audit and consulting firms, part of the Big Four.

As an auditor in the Rennes office, I participated in several audits of annual accounts for various SMEs and mid-sized companies in the Rennes region, including Ouest-France - the leading daily newspaper in France - and Groupe Le Duff (Dell Arte, Brioche Dorée, Bridor) - a leader in the agri-food industry.

My role was to verify the accuracy and completeness of various accounting entries such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, revenue, etc.
