- Run production for a game portal

- make some scripts to accelerate scaffolding and reduce human intervention

- Audit our security mechanism and add extra layers of security (using tool to prevent issues and add backups)

MIS:

- Manage network office (VPN / Zero Trust / VLAN / NAT / UPS)

- Manage dev workstation

- Build office servers && vms

- Host internal services using zero trust authentication

I lead the technical part of the company

I help the CEO to set the team in good habits:

- Gitflow

- Standup Meeting

- Devops / Gitops

Implement CI/CD on every project (~10):

- I enforce usage of Terraform / Ansible

Back End:

- I made a template API to harmonize back end developer

Tools runned by CI/CD:

Coding Style (Run on CI):

- Enforce coding style with Sonarqube and ESLint

Security (Run on CI):

- Using Snyk.io to check our npm modules

- Using ZAP to scan our API following OWASP Rules

I also fill the DevSecOps position by doing everything around development and teaching Ops to some employees.

Code Review:

- I review Merge requests from every developer (~10/20 devs) up to 8 projects a time

Developer:

- I also coding some part on different project on JS, react/preact, nodejs or react native on various occasion.

- I develop some internal tools to optimize our workflow communication with Gitlab / Notion / Jira (jira was migrated to notion)

i make our infrastructure for internal use or client on AWS / GCP / Azure / Cloudflare.

I set up our internal development tools with 2 servers, so every developer have a dev env without his laptop.

We also have proxies to reduce our bandwith:

- npm proxy

- docker proxy

- apt proxy

And we have staging env for every project in our office servers.

i manage the technical team with the CEO, which developer is going on which team of a project (sometimes cross teams)

I also architect the new project with the CEO to be sure any technical part can be realized

I met with PM's and CEO to talk about Roadmaps
