- Main missions:

°Irish Bank - 6 months - Dublin For one of the Irish "Big Four Banks", I participated in the program for transferring non-performing loans from the bank to other financial structures as Risk Manager within the PMO team. I was responsible for developing risk monitoring tools, risk management procedures, and associated training for the entire program (over 250 employees and 8 projects).

°Food Industry - 4 months - Issy-les-Moulineaux I assisted in implementing performance indicators and creating and maintaining associated tools. I also participated in the development and deployment of a national pilot CRM process to develop out-of-home sales.

- Internal projects:

°Participation in writing training on IT project management, including the creation of an immersive Serious Game to allow participants to grasp the management of costs, time, and the acceptability of the selected solution in the face of unforeseen events.

- Other missions:

°French Bank (2 months): SAP/READSOFT user support within the accounting department of the IT division

°Aeronautics (2 months): Drafting of the Specifications for integrating IFRS16 standards into SAP BFC

°Industry (1 month): Identification and recovery, from the company's General Ledger, of unpaid invoices

- Management of a project to create a systematic risk analysis tool for service contracts: Study of functional needs, definition of the risk analysis process, prototyping, support, and training on the use of the tool

- Study and analysis of contracts

- Development of project tracking files and indicators

- Risk mapping of the different departments of the Services and Spares Division
