    Context:The Outlook mailbox receives 150 to 250 emails per day. The secretary had to read each message, identify the correct project, forward it to the right person, and file and track it manually.

    Solution:
    Implementation of an automated system with Power Automate, which for each email:
    • Detects the relevant project
    • Forwards to the correct person
    • Files in the correct Outlook folder
    • Manages exclusions and non-priority emails
