The mission takes place within the framework of the Special Falcon projects – ARCHANGE and AVSIMAR. My role is to support Dassault's cabin outfitting engineering department on-site by managing production and coordinating with technical teams.

• Mechanical Engineering: Designing technical solutions to address problems encountered on the aircraft assembly line.

• Project Management: Overview of the subcontractor's action points at the client's site. Managing a team of 5+ operators to complete cabin outfitting while meeting deadlines. Respecting the aircraft production cycle for 1 ARCHAGNE despite internal delays.

• Collaboration with client production and logistics teams, and other subcontractors. Communication with DASSAULT AVIATION and SAFRAN ELECTRICAL & teams.

- Participation in the PAPA project, aimed at developing a 3D multispectral scanning LIDAR prototype for precise mapping and navigation applications.

- Validation of FAULHABER motors for integration into the prototype, performing torque analysis and speed response tests to ensure technical suitability.

- Interdisciplinary collaboration with hardware and software teams, optimizing system integration and performance.

- Essential contribution to vibration management and balancing of rotating axes, ensuring the prototype's stability and precision.

- Effective project management, enhancing communication and cohesion among team members.
